Buyer beware horrible service

I placed my order at the end of November I only received a partial order a week after Christmas I ve emailed them several times and sent the photos they requested Now I feel like they are ignoring them Their emails are as tacky as their ShrinkyDink products And I do not want 10 off my next order I want my 40 back I spent on the sweater

It s been a month and my ornament still

It s been a month and my ornament still hasn t arrived Dallas is 3 hours away and 21 days later still haven t received it Every time I email support they send me a generic message back and refuse to assist me

Not received order

I ordered an ornament in November and still have not received it Order shows a shipping label was created on December 14 but nothing since then Just a few days before Christmas and nothing Very disappointed

Horrible and will never purchase from

Horrible and will never purchase from the company again Order my ornament on Dec 3rd and it was shipped and in Houston Dec 18th Still have not received it and no update on my tracking number Will contact my bank on stop payment and get my money back

This is a scam

This is a scam They have stolen one of my pictures and photoshopped police items onto my body I am a police officer but they have added additional things I didn t authorize this company Getcus to use my likeness to sell anything

Poor Service Don t do it

I ordered my ornaments on December 5 I was emailed an update on December 15 that they were ready to be shipped It is January 1 and still NoTHiNG I ve written their company numerous times regarding this issue I keep getting a similar automated message It is clear they are not looking at previous messages to see previous conversations When I started having concerns their website stating within 30 days you can get a partial refund I m biting myself for not snapping a screenshot because now they have bumped it up to 35 days which shows you many people must be having an issue Don t order from this company You pay a lot for poor service and I m very concerned that if their services is this bad that the quality won t be great either I wish I didn t waste my money

I ordered a custom ornament was billed for it and did not receive a confirmation of the order I emailed customer service and they have no record of my order I have since emailed them 3 times with no response If they don t respond by tomorrow I will ask for chargeback to my card I never received an order number My credit card was charged for the purchase I have emailed your customer service 4 times with automated responses

Very upset was informed at time of purchase my picture ornament would come before Christmas I SENT REPEATED EVERYDAY messages and told to be patient with Christmas few days away I got very firm with them tracking number showed for 2 weeks sitting in Houston they finally contact me my ornament won t arrive until next week I want a refund now I have to buy another Gift Company awful very sad and dissapointed

PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE

This product is absolute garbage I placed my order on December 2 with guaranteed that my products would be here before Christmas I just today finally received the full order after spending 165 The 2 x 2 metal tractor sheet that indicates the BLINNS is made so cheap it s impossible to use it for the reason of my purchase The ornaments of which has my family s picture on them has heads cut off and stickers still attached to the object I have contacted them multiple times and have not received an email back in regards to my concern Except for blaming the delivery people I find it very interesting that the return label from this company says John Doe I in fact will be contacting my lawyer for false advertisement of my order of which I did NOT receive
