It s not even worth it to write a review for them All sites are performing so much better after we ve switched to a different company

Support is a Bot

While they claim support gets back to you in 3 min it is a bot that replies It is very difficult to talk with a real person We just signed up today at 10 15 am and are cancelling at 2 30pm Go elsewhere support is not their stong suite

Don t use

Seriously terrible They ve taken our site down peak time without telling us AGAIN Steer well clear I would also warn you to bear in mind the 5 star reviews look seriously staged by the company themselves

Absolutely not Jfc this company I am not a tech person At all But here s what I know I had a WP website Flywheel began hosting managing it I canceled my Flywheel plan months later I no longer have a website My domain now defaults to a Flywheel Oops page Huh Chatting with their people resulted in me relaying this over and over and over to the chat agent She was kind but offered little help How do you have a site one day - Flywheel manages it - you leave Flywheel - and it s gone RUN AWAY FROM THIS RIDICULOUS EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY

Do not use this hosting company Its total scam1- They do not provide you cPanel2- They will not show you the wp-content folder if you try to access files via the file manager plugin3- Only way to upload or download files or plugins is FTP 4- ftp is very slow to upload 1 plugin it will take 6 hours Pure scam

Great Dashboard Awful Company and Servers

This hosting company was great to start with and then as we used them as an agency we quickly found that the servers are not fit for purpose The servers don t have enough power to update plugins without crashing the entire website The absolute reason for this poor review however is that they lock down a lot of the core WP files so when you want to leave it s incredibly difficult Our new hosting company tried for a week to get sites away and couldn t without using migration plugins This resulted in having to use their services for more time while we got all 50 of our websites off Their tactic seems to be to make it incredibly hard to leave so you have to pay for more time with them This was all relayed to our client handler who didn t seem to care at all I would say ok for hosting one small site Agencies should avoid at all costs
