Worst experience ever I ordered mine products and paid for them on the 22nd May this is really disgusting using COVID as an excuse to take peoples money and not give them the product that has been paid for They always pass the buck where as the paying customer Getphoera should be following this up with the company they sent the goods through and have this pushed along quicker

Requested to cancel my order straight after making it and they emailed me back trying to convince me that the product is worth buying and shipped the order anyway Now they are refusing to accept the return Avoid like the plague

This company has refused to give me a refund Even though I cancelled my product straight away because of shipment delays within minutes they still refused a refund and said within 24hrs my order had already been shipped THEY had no right to do this i ha v e copies of dates and times of the emails and my purchase history was recorded My order number is 327482719

If only I could give zero stars I can t review the products as they never arrived After 8 weeks I was told after lots of attempts of communication frm me that there was no couriers in my area to deliver my product and that I will get a full refund-AFTER 8 WEEKS they refunded me HALF I have given up as their customer service is less than dreadful

I ordered a foundation which was delayed When it arrived I applied it and it was so thick and didn t do anything what it said in the write up In fact it enhanced my wrinkles further I emailed them and they told me that they only accept returns on unopened unused items You need to try the product to see if it works I explained this and they said if I wanted to return this then it would cost 25 Why when there is an address in London How can a company like this still trade it is robbing people which is unacceptable DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE
