I have used the mount for nearly a year

I have used the mount for nearly a year and find that it does exactly what it is advertised to do I mount the unit on the plastic bezel around my radio It has not fallen off ever Let me offer a few suggestions that will help you 1 Make sure you keep the mounting pad clean Over a week of use the pad will start collecting dust and any tiny debris that it picks up off your phone s case There a few sticky pads that come with the device but enough to keep it clean The solution is simple I carry a small roll of clear packing tape in my glove box Once a week I tear off a small piece and stick it on the rubber pad Pull it off slowly and your suction pad will be better than new 2 Make sure you are using a hard plastic case for your phone Silicon leather and any case that has any texture will not work Spiegel has a great case I just bought the new clear plastic case from Apple for the new iPhone 11s also works well 3 Keep your case clean Cases get oily and grimy really quickly 4 Read the directions It will tell you to apply 30-seconds of firm pressure to the mount during the mounting procedure Enjoy the mount It really works well
