First use of Ghee
I have been introduced to Ghee by an Ayurvedic practitioner I researched brands online and choose two to try out I find this brand to be of a good texture and taste It is excellent to cook with Previously I was using coconut oil It does not overpower the flavour of the food and does not easily burn Great for bacon and egg in the morning I have ordered more

What can I say Delicious and aromatic The smell and taste is amazing Highly recommended Will be using regularly in replacement of real garlic as the taste is delicious without been overpowering like real garlic
