Packaging damaged product

Unfortunately the brown envelope that the pack of bags came in was not fit for purpose It was torn badly due to the weight of the number of bags ordered and the glassine bags within were crumpled due to lack of protection while handled in transit Need to package a large quantity of bags in a strong padded delivery bag and not an ordinary brown envelope to avoid damage of the product NB The product itself is good however I can t risk this happening again

HelloThank you and bags are great and the service and lady I emailed very helpful 4 stars because some of the bags were stuck together and were a bit of a job to prize them apart but the size suited and are now ready for use
