Disappointing Experience with Global Jazz AcademyI am writing this review to share my frustrating experience with the Global Jazz Academy I was initially excited to try out their services but unfortunately I have been unable to take advantage of the promised 30-day trial period Instead I was charged right away and found myself locked into a 6-month subscription without adequate content to justify the cost The material provided is scarce and lacks the depth required to make meaningful progress in learning jazz music I believe that a 6-month commitment requires a substantial amount of high-quality content which unfortunately is not the case here Moreover I am concerned about the lack of transparency regarding the trial period I was unable to access the trial and the customer support did not provide a satisfactory explanation or solution This lack of communication and support adds to my disappointment with the Global Jazz Academy In light of my experience I cannot recommend the Global Jazz Academy to anyone interested in learning jazz music I hope that my review will help others make informed decisions and avoid a similar situation
