Almost a month no glowbuddy
I ordered from this website mid November a glowbuddy star gift for my six month old Given the lengthy shipping timeline I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas After waiting almost three weeks I received two random electronic educational card devices Useless to me and baby I reached out on instagram and via email to which both parties eventually came back to tell me my parcel had been delivered On responding to them with photos of the plastic toys sent instead I have yet to hear back after multiple chasers Total scam avoid

Broke within 60 days of use
We bought one for a Christmas present for my son Arrived beg of dec and was gifted on Xmas day Warranty is 60 days from delivery Day 67 after deliver and less than 60 days after the item was gifted it stopped working Reached out for help and was told we could not get a replacement Cannot believe the longevity of an item is less than 60 days Waste of money
