Great customer support from Samatha who reshipped my order for me after DHL lost my package Back and forth with emails everything got resolved Now waiting for my order Fingers crossed it will not get lost in transit Thank you Samatha for your patience

Customer service was excellent I made an error on my order and they were so nice about it and helped me fix it immediately Usually reaching out to a company when you make the mistake is a bit stressful and it was so easy with Glowfairy I will absolutely buy from them again

Their customer service girl Lauryn ROCKS She replies right away and she is so very kind I ve contacted her several times the mos recent being today April 28th and also besides other times April 27th She responds immediately takes the time to look up my issues and always gets back to me She is the best and you are lucky to have her

Customer service - not received my products yet so can t comment on them But the customer service via Facebook messenger was fantastic to help me decide the right product to buy and how long that product would last Feel confident in my purchase and looking forward to trying it when it arrives

I had an excellent interaction with customer service I forgot to enter my VIP code - which was totally on me - and they were quick to respond and even sent a refund within a few hours of the order I ve been beyond impressed with the products but the customer service response put them over the top in my book

I reached out to customer support because I was notified that my package was delivered However I didn t receive it Lauryn from customer support did some digging and my package was delivered the very next day Lauryn was awesome helpful and very pleasant She reached back out to me very quickly Amazing efficient service We need more Lauryns in customer support
