Combat Sub GMT 42 - GL0422 Overall I m loving it is a beautiful and elegant piece but I feel that a slightly reduced dimension from 42 to 39 would make it better at least for my wrist The down side is that I fell a little roughness and imprecision on the crown on screwing and unscrewing and on the bezel rotating

Checkout was simple and quick Delivery was also simple and quick However the link for tracking the parcel had some issues I tried during several days but could never get it to work

I cannot give 5 stars because the bezel navy blue is not according to the picture on the website sky blue However the watch is superb the shiping was veryfast and the customer service is just excellent So 5 stars for everything but minus 1 star because of the color issue

Quick customer service QC could be more thorough

The customer service was quick friendly and helpful I wish the watches performed more accurately out of the box though Initially the watch was running 20-30sec per day fast The watch shouldn t have been sent out with that timing

Purchasing process was smooth and simple and it was nice to see that international shipping didn t have too much of an impact on the total There was a minor hold up on delivery but having been in contact with both Glycine and FedEx it sounds like the main culprit was some horrid bureaucratic processes within customs The watch is quite handsome both in packaging and on the wrist Only gripe is that the primary hour hand appears to function on a standard 12 hour mechanism while the GMT hand runs on the anticipated 24 Setting the GMT hand to my local time and the primary hand to GMT gets around the issue easily enough for now but it makes reading the time in low light a mathematical experience I should have read more on all that a GMT mechanism would have entailed with a 24 hour face

Great watch better than it shows on the photos Very good value for money 3 to 4 sec per day which is very accurate Also my email questions to the customer support team were promptly answered I don t give 5 stars as the FedEx delivery was very poor Perhaps Glycine should consider another courier company
