I am an oldie and was sceptical about going to a gym let alone have a personal trainer After cajoling from my kids I met Sean who explained what I would be doing Nothing overly strenuous but incredibly worthwhile for a lazy so and so like me I have been going to the gym every week for two years and I thoroughly enjoy my specific work outs and the amusing chats we have I will never be muscular but I am being trained at the gym by a great guy and I feel good at the end of each session A big thank you

I don t know whether to thank James and Sean or send them my physio therapy bills After a few months I can now lift weights heavier than my dog and walk up stairs without gasping for air Every session with GM Personal Training is a mix of fun and pure torture kind of like a workout comedy show Just when I think I ve survived the hardest exercise they pull out something like One more set and let s increase the weight And yet here I am every week signing up for more If you re looking for a trainer who s as funny as they are fit and will absolutely push you past your limits while keeping you laughing through the pain James and Sean are your person Highly recommend as long as you re okay with your muscles hating you the next day

My only regret is not finding GM Personal Training earlier
Having recently lost 3 stone I was still unhappy with the way I looked Wasn t sure what to do and came across GM Personal Training on social media I ve never had a PT before and never done self fitness only classes From the moment I started speaking to James I already felt at ease and he managed to spark an excitement for signing up And I m so glad I did I was very nervous for my first session But I really had no reason to be James talked me through all the exercises and gave constant reassurance and motivation which still continues to date All sessions are well thought out with planned programmes and tailored to my needs I m only 12 sessions in but can already see the pay off But more importantly I am feeling the pay off in my confidence and self pride which is exactly what I needed If you want a team that will make you feel more confident and push you to be the best version of you Sign up now You won t regret it
