Pleasantly surprised - my virtual appointment with my doctor was personal and genuine Time flew Also found responses via the Forward app were quick and answered my questions Great job

This is what healthcare SHOULD be

If this is what healthcare could have been all along then I m upset at the lack of real care I ve been getting all my life before Forward My Doctor has a sincere concern over my health and advises outside of just prescriptions I just received a text from my Doctor asking if everything is ok and if I need anything to come in or text her The office itself I use the Huntington NY one is state of the art and the attention is simply unmatched elsewhere My Doctor spent hours with me on my first visit learning about my health and advising on my approach towards being more healthy At first I viewed this to replace health insurance but now I see that this is best when added to it Keep insurance in case of emergencies and serious illness but for doctor visits and overall health maintenance this is the way to go

Everyone I have come across in Forward have been prompt professional and easy to talk to One comes out feeling like an empowered patient as opposed to just a number And they have eliminated the wait time doctors offices are so notorious for So thankful I discovered this place

Thank god for Forward

My company downgraded our insurance and it is truly awful Horrifically high deductible I went for a strep test and paid 300 I got a UTI and paid 400 I was so stressed about getting sick for just stupid little things like that I decided to give Forward a try and so far I am LOVING it Yes it took a few days for the intake appointment and I couldn t make a real appointment until that happened and yes the location that I thought was closest doesn t actually have a physical location apparently thankfully there is another one not too far The doctor I spoke to was awesome I got meds and advice for things I ve been suffering from for months And for one price plus meds Yes please I am so grateful for this service

I loved it and can t wait for my next scheduled appointment I have never felt more in charge of my health until I had my first appointment at Forward The office and technologies they use are amazing and the staff were just as great After your appointment everything goes to the app to track from there One cool thing would be to add a wearables integration where you could track your baseline health data and share it with your doctor so if they for example saw a spike in one of your vitals they could be alerted to help recommend action for you

My experience with Forward has been fantastic so far They have a caring compassionate staff who take the time to listen to your health concerns Their Care Team approach is highly responsive and competent I m excited to work with Forward to achieve better health

Healthcare has always been something that makes me feel invisible and rushed Forward is radically different All my concerns were thoughtfully addressed I felt seen Finally seen It makes me want to take my health as seriously as Forward does

Forward is what medicine should be for everyone at baseline If you are like me you work with an HMO This HMO does NOT want to do diagnostics because they might find something they have to cover It s frustrating especially when you have genuine complex medical issues for me - 3rd degree burn recovery long term PTSD Serious issues What I have come to realize is Forward is the apex patient advocate When I come to my HMO with extensive testing documenting the problems I am trying to solve - now it becomes a liability issue for them NOT to take it seriously as I have full medical backup for the problems at hand Not to mention they can process all my health data from genetic to fitness tracking etc At the price contract point we are at these services are a steal I HIGHLY recommend setting up with Forward
