Bad customer service bad packaging broken product

Mirror was completely shattered upon arrival Packaging was terrible Do not purchase fragile items from this company until they learn to package things properly Not only was the mirror not protected to withstand transit the owner of the shop has spent the afternoon arguing with me and threatening me Bcs I have left my honest review

Poor service late delivery broken product

The products look high end quality for sure but the service really not First of all the delivery was chaotic I placed an order end of November during the Black Friday Delivery was supposed to happen on December 27th 3 weeks for a delivery from Italy to France is long but why not On 27th no news It got delayed to 28th On 28th no news I had to send email to Shopdecor to call FedEx 3 times and I finally got my delivery on January 3rd When I opened the box one delicate item was broken I paid for 7 insurance and there is not even 1 of bubble wrap inside Very disappointing When I mentioned the problem they offered to refund me 50 of the item or I could loose more of my time and ship the product and then they would send me another one Runaway from this company Some of the items are available through amazon Delivery is fast around a week and everything arrive in perfect condition I will never buy from this company anymore Ciao
