I had a made an order which needed adjustment of delivery address before despatch the company were very speedy in responding and accommodating this change quickly Unfortunately around 10 mins after that I needed to cancel the order having been notified the goods were no longer needed I received a full refund confirmation within minutes Excellent customer service

The GoSupps Happiness Team truly provides prompt helpful communication and the customer support is the best possible Since starting with GoSupps several years ago I continue to search and order from this website for items I need I ve never had a problem Recently I placed an order for some items in the morning That evening I remembered another item I needed and ordered that also I realized my mistake would cost me two shipping fees I immediately emailed GoSupps to ask if they could possibly combine the small items into one shipping package to save on shipping fees To my amazement the next morning I had received a response saying that they would indeed combine the items into one package and refund the second 20 shipping fee to my credit card And they did within the same hour I wish all companies were the pleasure to work with as is GoSupps I highly recommend this company BC Canada

What a fantastic company with such helpful staff I m In the U K and have a disabled son with a very special diet I have to buy his bread in the USA and the old company had stopped making it - so these wonderful people tracked down a fantastic alternative Thank you so much everyone for your kind attention and professionalism

My order 2500200352 came in good time the device makes life so much easier for me and I unfortunately cannot find anything like this in Canada It would help so many people to know it is available
