Scammers I went to sell out today a gold bar in The Venlo shop it was on the website the price of 282 Euro of selling and 245 Euro of buying the man there offered me 220 Euro I told him it was 245 Euro on the website and he said for selling I said no and he said 225 Euro how they are hiring scammers and liers I never understand I just buy from another shop from now on

Watch out this company Scammers I bought online a pair of earring 18kt gold and i received 14kt gold earrings Also i bought a bracelet that in the description they write 21 94 grams and i received a bracelet that has only 11 68 grams Really scammers I contact them and they said only sorry we know that the description is wrong Stay away from this company they main goal is to steal the people Shame on you ruiter

I have changed money twice in the Amstelveen kantoor and twice I have asked for small bills when i ordered the money in the internet In both times I received big bills because they didnt red my request bad service

misleading customers

They told me their spread difference between buying and selling prices for buying 1 oz gold coins was 8 so a 4 commission each way When I compare the buy and sell prices given by them to me today the spread is more like double that Today they sell that coin for 3024 but buy at only 2600 Maybe I have missed something - or they carefully avoided mentioning some tax or hidden charge Either way businesses misleading consumers is strictly against the law anywhere in the EU
