Absolutely disgusting service from a company so large I had 83 fraudulent charges billed to my EE mobile account on the 3rd and 4th October which I am now liable to pay or get cut off and listed as bad credit I have submitted the refund requests on 4 different occasions as each entry has to be done seperately I have received Google s response again declining my refund because it cannot be verified after battling with Boku to get all the ID numbers This is disgusting as I am now expected to pay 250 of fraud on my EE mobile I never authorised EE to allow this and now what Google this is disgusting

Wanted to cancel a subscription started an investigation into a hack

Was having trouble cancelling a subscription for prime video with google play that wasn t showing up on the relevant page cancel page After reporting on a call all of a sudden they said I was hacked unauthorized payments claim forms I was clearly aware of paying it I just decided I didn t want it anymore which is what I told them Even my bank thought it was crazy and hilarious after google play FORCED ME to ring my banks fraud team refusing to help me any further until I did Thankfully my bank has brains and understood google play was being useless Won t be using subscription service again through google play that s for sure
