It s been almost a month No order

It s been almost a month and I haven t received my order not have I gotten a tracking number or a response to my emails

I have not received the order

I have not received the order despite it appears complete in the website

I have not received my 2 orders

I have not received my 2 ordersOrder from 17 June and order from 7 June No answer on the phone no answer via email

Literally zero customer service Beware

I m sorry but I have been unable to get anyone to respond to my email questions about when I can expect the delivery of items ordered in early May it s now late June I am not unhappy with the delay necessarily but the utter lack or a response has me thinking I need to file a fraud report I would not have rated pic2pay except I just got an email asking for a rating even though they have never responded to direct questions so okay fine I ll rate

Never received my order Gave plenty of leeway for slow or late delivery but after numerous emails to no reply I ll be looking for a refund

The idea of ordering exactly what you need is great But the threads smells like it has been in a raw basement for ever I m allergic to Mould and I was very dissatisfied and disappointed Delivery time was okey
