Molded cheese expired biscuits and chocolates

Extremely bad customer service I received a gift of a blender for my birthday last year ordered by my daughter for delivery direct to me from Greek Market The blender base cracked after only a few uses There have been months of emails completing contact forms and a very unhelpful phone call all trying to get a refund or replacement both myself my daughter and the manufacturer in Greece tried Only one reply to my daughter from Greek Market said Baselessly declaring a product faulty does not make it faulty They have been sent photos and the original receipt They have ignored every other contact I would never use Greek Market again As a last resort I have completed a referral form through Citizens Advice and the information has now been shared with Trading Standards EDIT The following reply from Greek Market demonstrates the customer service I have received At the time of writing it is only just coming up to 12 months since the birthday for which this product was purchased and this follows months of battles in an attempt to obtain a refund or replacement

This is the second time that the courier of Greek Market s choice DPD has delivered my parcel to a different location When I contacted Greek Market to mention the incident they advised me to go and pick up the parcel myself from the alternative location I have clearly expressed that this is the second time this has been happening and instead of offering a most appropriate service compensation the company chose to ask the client to go and pick up two heavy parcels from another location and carry them back themselves while we are being charged also a delivery fee Needless to say that the package includes fridge items which they might go bad if the delivery is delayed Stay away from Greek Market there are far more efficient Greek product sites Lesson learned for me at least

I have been trying to make an order all day yesterday Apparently some discounts were applied to my account that were not supposed to that s definately not mine or any customers fault In the meantime they cancelled all my past orders that were performed with the normal way-no discounts or anything and no they don t respond to my emails and phone calls to rectify the issue with my account It looks like they are the least professional people I met in UK and it is essential to understand how good customer service can play such an important role when running a business Also they never apologized for all those issues with my account and do not seem to understand how important it is to solve this quickly since all products are running out fast We have been waiting for greek coffee to come back in stock for nearly a month I really wish they manage to solve this sometime today to move on with our proper order

You sent a dispatch note saying that the briki was not in the order - this also meant that you charged me postage I ordered from you because I wanted to buy the briki and then thought the other bits would be a nice add on Christmas gift - but I did not receive the item I ordered or any information on why it had not been dispatched or whether i could get one in the future and whether is still wanted my order if i would have to pay for postage really really disappointed I emailed you but you did not reply i dont want to publish a review because I prefer to support smaller businesses which is why I bought from you and not amazon

was shocked by the fact that it is the only company who doesn t proceed with a refund as soon as I informed them that the parcel was not delivered to my address The customer service is awful after calling them 3 times and emailing a couple of times and calling 3 times the delivery company I still haven t received any email regarding the refund I will let people know that they don t respect and protect their customers Disgraceful

Delivery received with defrosted products and the Customer Service guy told me that the products were not defrosted if the ice packs that came with them were frozen and then he was sarcastic about me going to the super market and asked me if I take the entire freezer with me when I buy ice cream to keep it frozen really bad experience and it s a shame as I was quite happy with my purchases up until now Will look for another seller

On 16 04 2023 I requested two items on my order chrysi zymi puff pastry with sausage which costed 15 54 Instead on the arrival I received two different items pastry with cheese I then filled out the customer contact form on the website asking for a solution but got not response

The quality of product the taste and packaging was unacceptable 45 of order arrived with smashed containers Stuffed Cabbage was made from the oldest vegetable on the farm very tough cabbage - unable to eat this product Veal Peas were very salty contained two pieces of chewy mystery meat - inedible Expiry dates on all products was 10 days after order delivery date 26-Nov-22 - It seems these people are too busy to respond or acknowledge that they have a serious problem with their products and packaging

Even if the website is very good the fact that they sent me expired items makes me leave them nothing more than one star in my review This company has to be more careful and check expiry dates on their food items
