Unfortunately all the frozen vegetables arrived defrosted as did the Chicken Pie Also instead of organic flat beans I got okra which I don t like at all

Great products but chilled items arrived completely defrosted Not sure if was Greek Market or the courier company s faultReally disappointed

I have requested frozen food such as pies and pastries DPD did not performed the delivery on the schedule day I was informed that my order was safely in the company fridge When I received my order the following day all the pastries pies were squashed and defrosted which made me worry about the health and safety of me consuming them I had to throw away the majority of them In a situation like that they should unpack and pack the staff again When I emailed the company no responsibility was taken just a plane message that it was the DPD fault

They don t allow you to buy most of the meat section products unless you have a subscription What kind of policy is that I could understand it if it was just for the delivery options but not for the products I want to buy I bought a stuffed chicken roll a month ago which wasn t in the exclusive list but now they decided to move it and as a result of this I can t buy it anymore unless I pay 100 for the subscription Do you not understand that such policies discourage people from buying your products

Happy with the option to buy Greek products and children books in UK Fast shipping but short expiry date on many products The negative point is that the customer service is non existent in my case I opened a warranty case for a drink mixer in April 2023 10 months ago contacted their supplier messaged them multiple times and I still have no reply Makes them look unreliable even since the supplier confirmed that they were happy for the replacement of the defective mixer

Some products were passed the expiration date

the products were good but they left everything downstairs I recently had surgery and could not carry the boxes to the apartment

The honey I purchased is excellent But the charges for delivery coming to over 11 pounds is to much Will not be ordering again

First few orders fine very good selection of products and generally speedy delivery Along comes an offer for free Prime membership clearly a blatant infringement on Amazon s intellectual property and I am not sure how they ve not been shut down for it but I m not here to bash the underdog which offers free delivery Placed some substantial orders and some were for some people needing a cheer up Suddenly all of my orders are cancelled and my membership revoked without ANY explanation Trying to deal with customer services was a joke zero response to emails on the phone no one explained why and no apologies offered or given I can only assume that sending a present is against their terms and conditions which were suspiciously absent from their site I m sure there s a mythological story about getting something for free a wooden horse perhaps and it completely backfiring Ironic Anyhow products are good and some of the most varied available but only if they can be bothered to send you your order However there are plenty of other Greek delicatessens online which don t seem to have the same problem with customer experience I would advise avoiding this one until they understand what customer service is

The products are really wonderful Unfortunately stocks of the food we love are low and it is therefore disappointing Please get more stocks soon
