We were apprehensive BUT

We were apprehensive after reading some of the online reviews but honestly I could not fault Green Motion at Gatwick Collecting the vehicle took a little bit longer than expected but it was all my fault as I hadn t got the code from DVLA ahead of time so had to call to get this nothing to do with Green Motion The counter staff were very friendly We did our own vehicle check before we left the car park which meant we could be sure we had marked and taken pictures of any little scratch that was present On return it was very quick for the staff to check the vehicle and my deposit was returned within a day Great service great cars and great price Thanks

Nice car quick service good price Minor downside 30 minute wait for a shuttle bus but no problem If you re going to use your credit card s insurance make sure you bring proof of that coverage I did and they happily accepted it but the people next to me did not and ended up paying a hefty extra fee each day A good experience we would use Green Motion Heathrow again

No stress rental experience

As soon as the booking was confirmed the instructions were clear and going through the airport to pick up the car was simply following the instructions by the letter Staff was friendly and seemed very experienced The car proposed was fantastic and the full coverage insurance was definitely a peace of mind highly recommend It makes the return of the car 100 stress-free Will definitely use them again in future
