Horrible place Terrible customer service My wife dealt with a man in there named Dan He spoke to her like she was a piece of garbage She was simply making an enquiry and he treated her awfully What is the point having a store if you don t want to treat all customers equally black white asian It really doesn t matter but it does to this man I advise you to go elsewhere where they will understand that concept

Terrible experience
I visited Greenwich Lock Key Ltd to enquire about security in my flat with the intention on spending whatever would be needed Somebody with a knife had gained entry into my property it was an incredibly frightening experience I wondered how we could fully secure the front door from the inside and for this to be only controlled by ourselves ie that we wouldn t end up getting locked out of our flat by a tenant and find we couldn t get in The man was hostile sarcastic unhelpful patronising and clearly did not want to assist The experience so horrible I promptly left

Great local company with competitive pricing
The customer service here is great We have used them twice to get new locks fitted The first time when we got a new door and the second time after our cleaner quit and lost out key Both times they did an excellent job installing They were flexible with us as to when and the pricing was competitive I cannot recommend enough

Excellent Service and Knowledge
Excellent Needed to fit a new lock and got advice from this shop which enabled and empowered me a diy-phobe to purchase the correct shape and fit it myself without calling a locksmith Luckily it was as straightforward as they said Need more shops like this in our high streets Saving customers time money and waste The best bit No annoying after sales surveys texts emails calls In fact I called them to say job done and thankyou Again more of this please

I have used Greenwich Lock Key a few times in recent years and the service was excellent - competent efficient and friendly Once I wanted a couple of faulty locks replaced They replaced one then fixed the other with an adjustment and some oil saving me money Recommended
