I ordered perfume from them on their special offer from an ad on instagram in July middle of July It is now the end of August and I still haven t received my perfume I contacted them twice through their website twice via email with not a single reply I left messages on their account on instagram Still nothing I had to escalate to PayPal where they still didn t reply to me directly but instead put in a fake shipping order with Evri that Evri hasn t received in over a week I have never been treated so shabbily by any company No apology and no perfume Not a peep from them

Placed my order on 23rd August still no sign of it When I chased it up on 3rd September the company promised to provide tracking information within 24 hours since then they are no longer responding to my emails I have had to make to claim with PayPal to try and get my money back

Took over two weeks to arrive Despite filling in their contact form twice to talk try to someone but I had no response either time Bought via the offer pay postage and try perfume for free Paid nearly a fiver postage and then royal mail asked for another 1 50 as sender not payed full postage only 0 85p what cheapskates Received perfume today nothing special smells like furniture polish Avoid

Ordered the sample perfume with their offer of paying 5 just for the postage on 8 10 24I received an email confirming dispatch on 10 10 24It s been 20 days and no item still The tracking said waiting for dispatch until last week and I m no longer able to get anything when tracking as if the tracking doesn t exist I ve emailed three times in the last two weeks for an update but no reply even though they say they ll respond in 24hrs Not to be trusted do not order from this company

Pleasantly surprised
Ordered the 10ml perfume bundle on Monday I was a little sceptical after reading reviews on here however I was pleasantly surprised I was kept updated the whole way through the shipment process The bundle arrived 5 days after ordering and the perfumes smell lovely
