After 25 years I am ditching QBE
After 25 years I am ditching QBE their home renewal insurance policy was increased by 24 In 25 years I have never made a claim QBE phone wait times are totally not acceptable and their so called customer service people sound like bogans I have switched to another insurer the policy cost is considerable cheaper for the same type of policy the phone wait times did not exceed 5 minutes and their customer service staff were a pleasure to deal with

Zero stars I m disgusted at your treatment of Notary Express My husband and I have used them for two house sales and recommended them to many friends They have been first class utterly professional hard working and compassionate You have destroyed this small company for no reason Leaving thousands of disappointed customers and dozens of people out of work at a time of national crisis I will never use QBE insurance and urge others to avoid you like the plague Shame on you

5-years Customer betrayed by QBE Insurance
I was so disappointed with QBE Insurance My fence was knocked out by the strong winds and all my neighbors and I submitted our claims to them at the same time two months ago Unfortunately only my claim wasn t paid despite having a valid policy with them It s been a major headache trying to get them to pay out and it has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress Definitely not happy with their service

Accident and injury insurance with this company - wouldn t bother As soon as something happens they may well refuse to renew your cover when your policy comes due This happened to my son after a minor claim and left him in a difficult spot when his injury reoccurred

NOOOOOoooo Took out a year s insurance public liability - quoted 450 signed contract and even though I picked direct debit found that direct debit is a LOAN Now I owe them an extra 150 over the year even for DD Consumer affairs can t help - say it s a legal matter Talking to ACCC In meantime posting my experience with colleagues on social media

QBE seem to be fraudulently delaying payments
I m a 77 year old pensioner whose car was written off on 25th september 2023 whilst parked by Procters coaches a customer of QBE insurance I ve had to pay out of pocket expenses from my small pension which total 498 84 through no fault of mine expenses which should be repaid to me by QBE They have failed to do so I need the money for Christmas presents and my heating bill Why should I have to take legal action to recover this money when their customer is totally at fault and they should be paying out now

THEY DESTROYED MY BUSINESSWe had a thriving profitable law firm with only 1 small paid claim in 8 years much better than other law firms and I had even offered to repay it with 24 staff generating over 500 000 for charity which I had built up through hard work over 8 years QBE trampled our ambitions into the ground and forced us to liquidate over Christmas Words cannot even begin to express how awful this has been for everyone

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong Their communication was patronizing ineffective and unhelpful We were displaced from our home off and on and nearly 8 months because of their ineffectiveness And the issue wasn t big but they made it bigger I felt unsupported and accused at every turn In the end they dropped us Which is fine as we were going to do the same I would never recommend having QBE as your insurance provider Not ever

Been with QBE Australia for over 7
Been with QBE Australia for over 7 years for home and content insurance and never made a single claim Just hit with a new premium for the new year with a 3000 hike in premium Wonder how they came up with this insane amount I could get a brand new insurance with a higher coverage and a more reasonable premium So much for being a loyal customer QBE get your act together

Wish there was a no star option Disgrace Notary Express in Norwich were the best solicitors not only in Norfolk but around the county Hardworking reliable trustworthy which is hard to find these days They ve managed our POA sale and purchase of our house and we couldn t recommend them enough You greedy disgrace of a company should be ashamed of yourselves particularly now in the middle of pandemic It breaks my heart seeing more and more small businesses being destroyed closing down I m FUMING
