Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers They will continue to charge you even after you ask them to cancel your subscription On top of that they haven t done anything for my account Bunch of scammers - stay away

Fraudulent Website

Used their service and all they over is fake followers when trying to cancel they keep stalling the whole matter with different excuses its a scam and I went as far as canceling my credit card and issue a refund from the bank

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USEI tried this out for a month decided I wanted to cancel my subscription before the next billing cycle I reached out multiple times and never heard back so I had to have my bank block their business from my account so they could no longer charge me I told them multiple times I wanted to cancel and never heard back I wasn t going to let them charge me again After a day I am quickly losing followers so this honestly is not worth the money I wanted to test this out and have decided it s just best to organically grow followers

SCAM The person that you re dealing with here is a bot called Angel They re supposed assign an account manager that works on your account and gathers targeted followers organically There s no slow growth they re saying that you ll have to wait atleast 6 weeks so that the system will work properly 6 weeks meaning that they have to charge your account twice I did message this Angel and asked for a refund because I was within the 14-day policy if I will get the money back probably I m going to change my opinion on how they operate but nothing more You re not even able to talk to your account manager in person you don t even know who that is lol you re just e-mailing a bot If I don t get my money back I will take LEGAL measures

I was scammed by growthsilo I read some blogs and thought those sponsored people were genuine customers Not only I never acquired any followers they continued to lie to keep me on even though I had to change my password and without updating them there was no way they were working on my profile They lied they were constantly working on my Instagram BIGGEST SCAM DO NOT BUY INTO IT This girl Angel has been sending me the same scripted response since a month about how my Money is on its way REPORT THEM

Yep SCAM Just like everyone else has said Angel seems to be the only person replying from the fake Zen Desk I reached out 4 days after signing up completely unsatisfied already and asking to cancel and refund She had excuses and promises and stats so I waited a few more days No results still dissatisfied and asked directly for my refund More than 50 email exchanges later and she now tells me that I m past the 14 days window Fortunately I have a good friend who is an attorney specializing in this kind of stuff so I m hopeful to at least put some pressure on them as they should be SHUT DOWN Avoid like the plague

I signed up to this service based on a few good reviews Upon signing up Instagram instantly blocked my account for phishing activity and I had to create a new password I sent the new password to them and had NO activity for fourteen days an email by someone named Angel said it could take awhile I emailed today and suddenly there was a little activity attributed to them quickly followed by another block by Instagram I m asking for a refund but I doubt I ll get it This business is a scam and should be shut down immediately I will be filing a report as well DO NOT SIGN UP

I m sure how this site has good reviews I can only expect that they are using AI to write the reviews After sign up I only got response emails from their support email which is automated After the first 7-10 days as their first email states that we would receive contact from Instagram to allow growthsilo access after 20 days there was contact no response to from Growthsilo and no activity We had to cancel our credit card before the next payment was due in order to not lose anymore money 30 days we got a response from support saying we have missed a payment no reply s to our emails on when we would see activity We are taking the matter further

HORRIBLE SERVICE

My card has been charged with 49 but I have tried following up with them and there is no response as I couldn t figure out how to setup my account I have mailed them multiple times but the mail delivery fails and I have filled up the form on their site many times yet no response Please enroll for their services at your own risk

Terrible

I was so excited to use Growthsilo after reading several articles that led me to believe it could be trusted However after about a week I realized that this was just another scam Angel had told me that they would cancel my subscription but after a motnh of not even using the services they charged me again They aren t responding to any of my emails DO NOT USE GROWTHSILO
