I ordered the stickers on 30 July 2020 so that we can receive them in time for my daughters school National Day celebrations on 7 Aug I was rather worried when the stickers have not arrived on 6 August and called Gumtoo that morning The gentlemen who answered was polite and extremely helpful He assured me that the stickers will reach me on the day itself as he ll arrange for a courier service When asked how do I then return the stickers that were arriving in post separately he assured me that I can keep them as part of service recovery I m thankful for the great service recovery offered by the company such that my daughters could wear the stickers proudly to school during the celebrations

GumToo was recommended to me as a vendor to craft my bespoke enamel pins The process was smooth and customer service was prompt and efficient Timely information and updates were provided upon request Overall an excellent experience and I would go to them for more personalisation of crafts

They were very responsive great with answering questions and showing digital proofs of the product The final result was great I had coasters made for my client base hard wood with a cork back Nice Something to note is that the color will be a little less vibrant than your final print out from your printer I m sure it has to do with the way the image is adhered to the wood Not a problem Just expect your whites to be a tad bit muted
