The UK s best Gunpla store

I ve purchased Gunpla model kits from many places in the past both in and outside the UK and Gundam Mad has been by far the best in terms of price delivery selection and customer service and they are always the first place I look whenever I m after a specific kit The only issues I ve had were a one-off issue with the payment processor and a confusing problem caused by how their website causes a product to be marked as sold out if you put the last one in your basket even before you check out with that product And even then in both of those cases they have been very quick to reply and managed to sort those issues out swiftly If you re into the same plastic model kits as I am these guys are who to support

ordered several model kits

Made an order for several model kits Well priced and a nice selection some of which I couldn t find elsewhere Arrived decently quickly but one of the items was wrong The wrong item was a very similar box to what I ordered so I see how it happened It took me a couple minutes to realise even after taking it out of the boxI emailed them and they responded within a few hours apologizing and saying they would sent the correct item Which arrived a couple days later They offered to let me keep the wrong item at cost or return it As it was a kit I already had I opted to return it but I appreciated the offer

Don t get why this company has 4 3 stars maybe some of the older reviews are not available who knows But what I do know is that I came across this site whilst on Facebook through a page I was having a toss up on what to buy an MG Epyon or an MG Epyon Sturm und Drang unit the latter would ve been purchased from a different store I simply went with the MG Epyon out of price I couldn t justify paying another 40 just for a few extra pieces of plastic though it would ve looked insanely cool I instead turned my attention to gundammad co uk to complete this order and give them a try dispatch was quick and so was receiving was well packaged and pricing was fair if you are umming and aring about using the site as it is a bit dated then just do it I looked at reviews on here before my purchase and though there are only a few reviews they are spot on this is a great company

Best UK Gundam Store

I ve been buying from Gundam Mad for a couple of years now orders big and small Each time they are shipped fast packaged safely They have an excellent selection of Gundam and other models alike Yes the base price is more expensive than ordering from Japan but you will save a metric ton in shipping costs and 99 of the time you will save a LOT going through here Cannot recommend it enough for UK model kit fans

First time I brought from them Was abit hesitant at first due to website looking fairly old But do not let this put you off anyway ordered myself a gp02 and it came absolutely perfect and customer service was great with swift response defo gonna be using in future and already got my eye on a few more kits
