I am extremely pleased with the service I received I booked a number of tickets for a 2 week umrah plan with this agency I highly recommend their services and will be booking through them again in the future My biggest concern was identifying suitable dates to perform umrah in as I was unsure on visa re-opening dates post Hajj These concerns were addressed adequetely by my agent as he recommended suitable dates from previous experiences of booking umrah packages in the past The visas were subsequently issued in a timely manner without any complications Organisation was also great and my contact was readily available throughout the duration of the booking process
