I was very happy with the service

I was very happy with the service received especially from Ali who was always available both in the UK and Saudi Arabia The package we were offered was very competitive with hotels close to the mosques which included transport between Makkah and Madina He was in regular contact with me during the trip to ensure any issues which arouse could be resolved I would not hesitate to recommend Ali to friends and family The transport driver was also very helpful and available 24hrs a day

Very good communication and support from Ibtsaam from start and even during our stay Always on hand to answer all questions especially helpful for first timers like us We were slightly skeptical going with the company but definitely recommend these guys Everything is simplified and no gimmicks or extras you get what you pay for and everything is sent in one email so you have everything in one place All communication including stays transport and ziyarat is very very quick Could not recommend these guys enough

Irfan gave me an excellent service he was very honest on what he is able to get on my package and honesty is extremely important especially in this time we live He was able to get me a very good deal however we didnt chose the deal as a family member wanted to go with a specific company Irfan was able to get a better deal which we appriciate but was not able to due to that family member
