I used HWB to deliver individual Christmas gifts to colleagues at their home addresses When I spoke to Rebecca Director to organise these gifts she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable The process was quick efficient and simple and my colleagues were very happy I also bought a case of wine for myself and when it was damaged in transit Rebecca s husband Duncan personally drove 2hrs to hand deliver to us a replacement case on 23rd December in order that we had some nice wines for Christmas Fantastic customer service I will be using them again

Great customer service quick delivery
I was very impressed with the customer service The website wasn t easy to use on a mobile with the pop ups which resulted in my order being put through with the wrong address But I emailed the problem and received a reply very quickly with them rectifying the error Thank you for your great service
