Would Never Use Handy Pro Again

I called Handy Pro of Plymouth to replace a light fixture in my laundry room and replace garbage disposer My Son was able to replace light fixture and remove old garbage disposal before Mauricio arrived He told me he could do anything I needed done and added his cell phone number to his business card and said it would be direct work to save money without going thru Handy Pro I thought this was very unprofessional and certainly something Handy Pro would not approve of Mauricio began to install new garbage disposal I had purchased After awhile he became exasperated as he was having trouble installing new disposal He told me it was the wrong size and he couldn t install without cutting pipes etc disposer was larger size but came with Universal adapter to fit He told me this has never happened before and he would need to call the office He went outside and left without telling me he was leaving or what would happen I expected to hear from him or Handy Pro and did not I called the office and could not get through to anyone I left a message on website contact that I needed to speak with a Manager about my first experience with Handy Pro An hour later I received a call from Mauricio asking me if I purchased another disposal and if he left his hammer at my house I told him I would leave his hammer on the porch for him to pick up and it is still there a week later The Manager did not even have the Common Courtesy to call me back I called Plymouth Plumbing who got the job done satisfactorily in 25 minutes
