Rogue Stay away

Bought a dinner for two after I secured that they had three restaurants in my nearby on their list Later It turned out that none accepted their gift certificate On top of that they buy their gift cards from another company so when I complained they just refers to them No interest in helping me The only thing they did great in my case was taking my money Scandal In short A completely frivolous company that I forever will stay away from and recommend to everyone else the same

Scam - They don t want to give us the money back from a experience bought once month ago that now they don t have

1 month ago we got a gift card as a wedding present specifically for a Balloon Ride and now it says that they don t have the balloon ride anymore and they don t want to give the money back We have been communicating with them and they don t answer to what we want they just say that they will not give the money back and that they have other experiences We don t want any other experience We want the balloon ride that you had one month ago Isn t weird It s a scam and I read other reviews that experienced the same months and years ago so definitely weird We will talk to Konsumentvarket We don t recommend this company

I wanted to book a special birthday

I wanted to book a special birthday present for my husband I booked a helicopter flight over Stockholm A few days before the time of the flight was changed I wrote back and confirmed the change and the new meeting time We arrived on time and waited for an hour at the meeting point in Bromma No one came and there was no helicopter flight I wrote an email to happy day and an alternative date was offered The organizer was not aware of any guilt and had no explanation At the next appointment we waited again and there was no helicopter flight again There is no one available at happy day on weekends A few days later I received a message that the flight was canceled due to bad weather They didn t know why I didn t receive a notification There was no apology or concrete response I then asked for my money back and booked with another operator Based on our experience I cannot recommend happy day

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS It s been over a year now trying to book an activity that doesn t seem to exist there is no way of getting refunded and they do not provide any solutions Worst experience I ve had with a company in years

They do not deserve even one star It s a scam guys I have booked a 30KM Lambogini ride and after I booked they said Lambogini is not available and they have changed it to Porsche I have contacted them for a refund and they do not want to offer a refund Be careful guys it sounds like a scam

STAY AWAY- ImpossibleTo deal with SCAM

If I could leave a no star review I would Whilst I am not Swedish my husband is We are on holiday from AUSTRALIA He purchased from Happy day and patiently waited for a release date for the Ballooning to open which 2 months later have STILL not been released We have shared multiple emails back and forth waiting for release dates or a refund but have now been informed that we are outside the 14day cooling off period even though it was Happy Day who have and are still delaying the release date for this activity Due to the no refund policy we agreed to have them assist in changing the voucher to a new activity HOWEVER they are now unresponsive to our emails We have paid a considerable amount over 500 Aud of money to a service that has NOT been provided and perceivably now have no response to any assistance Please be aware that for people travelling and looking to book activities in Sweden I would avoid Happy Day as their process and customer service is so far appalling We are still waiting for a response Hopefully taking to a public platform will prompt a response

I have purchased a flight activity Control the Flight Yourself from this website HAPPY-DAY SE and it has been very disappointing After several attempts to contact them the published telephone number and email do not work So you manage to speak to a man who told us that they had no appointments available at the moment and the following days they inform us that the activity has been discontinued A lack of criteria and seriousness from this supposed company I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT Now I am trying to get my money back but it does not seem to be possible either

Terrible experience I got a gift card as a birthday gift they cancelled the experience just to make it more expensive Then when I emailed and asked how can I use the experience I had been gifted they said I can only get a gift card in the amount the gifter paid So then I had to add 742 88 kr in order to purchase the same experience just to receive an email saying We would like to inform you that your order has been stopped in our or Qliro s system for a random check by our security department This is part of our security work for safe and secure purchases through our e-commerce The order has now been created in our system In order for us to deliver your order you need to contact us by phone 010-7882260 10 00 - 12 00 Tuesday - Thursday to carry out a personal validation via Mobile BankID via Swedish e-identity Honestly feels like a scam website I hope I can make use of the experience for which my girfliend and I have paid which amounted to 2 499 SEK My suggestion just gift a different gift because the hassle you can get into by using their website is not worth it in my honest opinion
