I have not received my order after 2 weeks

I have not received my order from CAMA Gruppen AB The tracking application PostNord does not work

Nice selection of hats but unstructured company

I ordered a hat and was really excited about it When I ordered I just got some standard confirmation back and I thought that was perfectly fine Three - four days pass and the hat hasn t been shipped and I needed it for vacation I wrote two - three mails that were unanswered before giving up and just canceling the order by mail I was about to panic thinking I got scammed Fortunately the mail was replied and I got a full refund I also got an answer from them saying they were surprisingly busy That s fair enough but please notify customers about that when you market your company by shipping same day as purchase At least I got my money back but I really wanted the hat and hatshop was the only retailer in EU Too bad they are so unstructured and inconsistent

Product not sent 14 days after order

Product not sent 14 days after order but payment taken first bankday after the order was made Have tried to cancel the order but was told that the order has gone too far in the packing proces The truth is that is has not started

False advertising

I ordered a Panama hat sold as real straw handmade in Ecuador It looked awesome on the pictures The hat I received looked nothing like it It was made of 100 paper and was utterly out of shape

disappointed with quality

Had to return my hat as i was disappointed with the quality it was nothing like the quality in the picture on the website plus i also had to pay for porto to send it back so in the end i was out of pocket The reason i give 2 stars is because the personal were nice and helpful thats all

Two problems

I had a hat which is 59 I asked for a 60 Got a large Smaller than the 59 Also you delivered it to a kiosk 4 2km away in another part of town
