I made a purchase 6 weeks ago and only received half the order all items were in stock I have received NO customer service I have sent 3 emails and nothing They owe me 18 00 The only option left is to open a dispute and claim back of PayPal the worst transaction and poor customer service ever

This company appears to be a scam site Without any warning I have started getting at least 1 spam email per day from this company I never gave them permission to spam me They do not appear to honor requests to unsubscribe Avoid this company

After Louise Hay passed away this company became awful Seems like it s all about money money money I believe they really ran it into the ground All the really great ways to talk to all the wonderful hosts are no longer around I think that says a lot I wonder what Ms Hay would say Today I used to absolutely love these programs and tell everyone about them After everyone left so did I and everyone I know did as well Too bad it really was a beautiful thing I think Greed was NOT THE ANSWER Very Sad

Balboa Press and a Fraudulent HAY HOUSE

NO STARS are worthy of this fraudulent company My book was published in March 2021 I have not received any royalties AND my self-publishing company Balboa Press is not providing me any data AND my emails are not being returned I was given an unofficial report of sales in a short email that I KNOW IS INACCURATE DO NOT PUBLISH WITH BALBOA PRESS A DIVISION OF HAY HOUSE DID YOU KNOW THAT HAY HOUSE DOESN T EVEN ACCEPT BALBOA PRESS AS APART OF THEM IT IS A TOTAL SCAM If Hay House is not associated with Balboa Press why did I get a letter from the CEO of Hay House Reid Tracy

This website won t leave me alone They keep sending me emails and after I have begged them to remove me from the list they keep sending them I never signed up for this

Complete scammers liars and thieves - do not go near them

Truly terrible company I took a week s trial of app only used twice and didn t want to continue Was unable to log in to cancel I never received any more comms from them and continued to be unable to log in still can t Have sent multiple password reset requests which just result in multiple emails back saying your password has been reset with no further details or link So still can t sign in They refuse to cancel for me despite this and took the entire year s extortionate fees for a service I can t access and no longer want They are cheats liars and thieves who just steal your money and hold onto it despite not providing any service They should be ashamed Louise Hay would be turning in her grave Just wanted to cancel and refund and they flat out refuse despite me having no way to access anything nor be able to even cancel for next year s

Unethical and disrespectful company

I signed up to watch Kyle Gray s Connecting with the Angel webinars through his newsletter unwittingly signing up for Hay House in the process I started to get around 5 emails a day from them trying to sell me products and urging me to sign up for Kyle Gray s course I must have unsubscribed about a dozen times but the emails kept coming I then sent a number of emails asking for my data to be taken off their database and requesting to be unsubscribed from all marketing emails Nothing So I have had to Block Sender and Report as Spam which at least gets the emails out of my inbox but they still have my data So much for all love and light I don t know why any spiritual or ethical author would want to work with this company when they treat their customers with such contempt and clearly see them just as money-bags for their products
