Quick resolution to magazines not showing up One batch of magazines didn t show up and James G of the Customer support team was able to provide a quick few-questions-asked resolution It s frustrating when items don t show due to I assume delivery issues so I appreciate that Hachette does a good job replacing the missing issues

Good customer service
I gave 5 stars because the customer service is excellent using the contact us option on their website Hollie has been very helpful One thing that they do need or need to improve on is email confirmation when a purchase or subscription has been made I have not received email confirmation on several purchases hence why I have contacted customer service and why I know they are good

Speedy customer service problem rectified quickly
I took out a subscription for the Combat Patrol magazines but ran into a couple of strange issues that resulted in the magazines apparently not being delivered I contacted the customer service team and explained the situation a representative named Milly got to the bottom of it very quickly apparently the system had recorded my address incorrectly somehow arranged for most of my missing issues to be sent out again the only ones still missing are out of stock and even said she d see if they could get it processed a little quicker since I d been waiting for so long The magazines were delivered yesterday and I m delighted Thank you
