Good concept but company stops caring after purchase Waited 6 days for a returns label to send my box back that s really not ideal Two items in my box were good but one of the high ticket items was a t shirt I found on sale for 28 after one google lol Customer service response times are shocking it s all a facade til they get your money and then they stop caring

Yo dont buy that bs its a bs box and you will have to pay for all shipping and taxes both ways You will loose 500 pounds buying it And the costumer service is bs it wont let me submit my return and they don t respondUPDATEI stand by my opinion but after i repeatedly contacted them they did answer and I eventually got it returned I did still have to pay shipping both ways and taxes so I lost about 70

Don t usually do this but I ordered a 299 male heat box streetwear which your meant to receive products in it that are 450 retail however after doing research anyway I could of got both products brand new for way less than 450 Daylight robbery I was extremely disappointed to open the box and find an awful looking hat then to find a black sweatshirt to which both products are useless to me anyway as summer is very soon and it s already to hot to wear any of them This company says that they have an expert curation team with fashion expertees that carefully selects items but this box definitely contradicts that It s especially disappointing when they re giving their sponsors quality stuff and most people on YouTube are getting at least 1 good product I told the heat box team that the products were not 450 rrp and they said Please not we do not take sale price into consideration when curating boxes Wt Such a disappointing experience not worth it Edit still no email

Well I saw a lot of positive reviews regarding the Heat Box Unfortunately it was one of my worst experiences 2 of 3 pieces just didn t fit me so I asked them if it s possible to send it back They expected me to pay 30 This was about 45 I sent it finally back myself but they still just returned 350 Instead of 365 Never again Now to the pieces they sent me one off white t Shirt which was probably from the year 2015 really big sized It looked like a dress Second piece was a really ugly tracksuit pants from a cold wall and the third piece a cap from McQ I think I ll find all 3 pieces cheaper online instead ordering this box

This company takes payment but gives no order delivery details Tried to get response from customer service but they do not reply to emails Be careful Looks like scam

I ve returned my heat box and it s about to be 3 weeks but they haven t refunded me my money even I have sent proof the box returned and multiple emails to heat Up tiller now no response from very poor but they still posting like everything is alright APPALLING BEHAVIOUR

Still waiting on my return label and I m being dodged I wanted to return my box literally the day after it arrived on TUESDAY Every day since I ve been waiting on heat to give me a shipping label and it seems like I m being dodged 2 week frame is BS I want my money back and y all can take this box Please just respond to my emails and send me the shipping label so I can get my money backUPDATE I was able to return my package and receive my money back However after it all I lost money for having to ship it back to the UK If you re buying remember that It s a mystery box They are gonna get away with giving you anything as long as it is more than retail value I payed for the 650 box to come out and got a denim jacket that I can t verify ever existed within that brand a coin pouch and a scrunchie The value was supposed to be worth 1250-1450 or something like that There s no way that it added up If you want a certain brand you re better off going shop those stores I wish I could write a better review on this company I really do but it feels like the only barrier keeping this company from being a scam is the customer knowingly buying a box that can contain anything which includes pieces you can t even verify yourself

I am honestly disappointed in the service Their delivery times take so long My order has been on its way for over 11 working days now For a service that sells such high end products I would expect better My patience is running out If you contact customer service they send you an automated email saying your order will be delivered in 5-10 working days and that s it I recently contacted dhl Your shipping partner because I got the email on the 7th of December that my parcel was on its way But dhl said that there hasn t been anything delivered to them Just a shipping label

If you re looking to get good quality clothes don t look here 95 of the boxes just contain trash streetwear that hasn t been popular since 2015 And if you plan on ordering and the returning don t think about it If you re in the U S shipping is like 150 ish for returns and they don t even provide you a label Me and my roommates all ordered boxes and none of us got anything good Maybe we re unlucky but then again we all got hella mid off white pieces You re better off just going to Neiman Marcus or Saks of 5th and find something on discount than getting something good from this box It might seem like that on social media everyone gets good stuff but obviously their social media only shows when people are happy with a lucky box

I bought 3 boxes in the first drop they didn t arrive because of their incompetence I tried one last time to see if they arrived and nothing After paying them they send them to you and they don t answer customs and nothing they never arrive
