Have a person you can talk to I have had the same problem for over 1-year now I have tried to contact Business help center Customer service ect I have sent the problem that I am having too many times to count I need someone to contact me to solve the problem I have with the address that is showing up in my facebook marketplace It says get directions is wrong When you click on where it says get directions it takes you to the wrong city Stockton We are in West Sacramento 660 Harbor Blvd West Sacramento Ca 95691 I have no idea how this happen Like I said I have been trying to correct the address for about 1 1 2 now I need someone to contact me at 916-372-2206 My name is Peter Allen I have had 2 people from Facebook contact me and say it is not their department They said they will forward the information over to Whoever s department that can help NOTHING Our address is 660 Harbor Blvd West Sacramento Ca 95691 The location on the map is wrong different city I also tried to go on Your help lineI filled out the help page and I have not had a response back why If you check your records I have sent in over 20 requests to your help page and the only response was an automated response NOTHING

Do not buy a map update from Here It adds more time to every trip and takes me on back roads whenever I try to use it Called customer service and asked for a refund because it is useless they would only give me 30 DO NOT BUY - A WASTE OF MONEY

Inefficient Unprofessional Ineffective Business Practices
As of this date 01 03 2024 I have yet to receive a refund of 110 16 for the return of a map update module I shipped the module on 11 27 2023 and it was received by Here Technologies Map Update Center on 11 28 2023 The customer service representative stated that I would receive the refund in 8-12 business days On December 15th I contacted Here Technologies and requested the status of my refund In my discussion with the representative I was informed that the refund failed to be processed In speaking with a manager supervisor I was assured that the refund would be processed in another 8-12 days At this point in time I believe that information provided by Here representatives was misleading ineffective and unprofessional

I ordered the here map update for my 2017 Cadillac Escalade It didn t work After 50 minutes of the car running it rejected the update It also disabled the existing version of maps in my Navigation system I called their800 number multiple times tried the update process as they indicated I should It failed 8 times They said go to the dealer as there must be something wrong with your car That cost me 125 00 to find out that there s nothing wrong with my car Several times the here people transferred me to the OnStar people who wanted to register me for OnStar but had no idea what I was talking about that the here update didn t work Finally I got here to agree to send me a new USB stick which worked Why did they put me through the repeated agony of trying the failed stick several times taking my car to the dealer m and talking with OnStar who had no idea why I was talking with them Here is a poor company that I would not recommend to anyone except maybe Putin

I used to work for this company some time ago In my course of employment I found hearsay evidence that other employees were defaming an employee that had been terminated I make a report of the hearsay to HR and this ended up being confirmed as true That is to say that when someone was let go just before Christmas an email was being sent around giving supposed reasons as to why this happened I left the company about half a year later It is my opinion that when I started applying for work certain partial truths about information only known to HR of here com were being disseminated illegally to future third parties It is my opinion that this was not an isolated incident Based on my experience of this company it is my opinion that I would not trust them with any personal information whatever nor even the steam from my excrement A copy has been sent to here com Should they wish to dispute the facts in the case then please check your HR records for December January 2011 12 for Berlin If you don t like my opinions then in future keep yours to yourselves

Worst sales experience ever
I was requesting a quote to use their service for our company First of all it seemed like they did not understand what we are looking for Instead of talking about our interests and making sure that they can offer what we need they were mainly talking about the money we would like to invest Price performance has this ever worked before We agreed on a follow-up sales call with their experts 2 weeks later and while already starting to say goodbye the call ended with Sorry I have an emergency Here is an emergency in our office I have to hang up now Bye click Ok weird what can be so important that you would not invest another 10-15 seconds to end a 30 minute call in a way it deserves and gives a good impression to your potential future customer This journey finally ended today by them not even sticking to the made follow-up appointment Thanks for another negative highlight regarding telesales and customer service out there

I have a 2018 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk GPS Map Update
I have a 2018 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk Ordered the map upgrade from HERE Software update they sent appears to have worked Map update failed and now no access to my Map Navigation system HERE support said we have a new update for the Grand Cherokee and sent it to me Same result and was told I would have to go to the dealer to get it fixed My Jeep Dealership said the Navigation maps are corrupted from the HERE software and it can t be fixed Cost me 199 and was told the only way to get my Navigation maps back was to replace the whole U-Connect radio Price 800 Do not use HERE map updates At least not for Grand Cherokee with the 8 4 U-Connect system Thanks for nothing

150 00 of useless Navigation Update
After installing the 150 00 Navigation update on my Chrysler the GPS couldn t find addresses on older streets in our area It didn t even work as well as the pre-updated GPS I called HERE and was told there was nothing they could do and to call Chrysler Of course when I called Chrysler they said it was a navigation problem and to call HERE Bottom line DO NOT BUY A HERE MAP PRODUCT
