Simple easy way to get a MLS listing and be syndicated across major platforms Would recommend for homestead type sales but not raw land as it does not flow with their process well

Home lister worked for me I was able to list my home on the MLS and it sold in just two weeks The website was easy to use and any questions were answered by knowledgeable staff in a reasonable response time I would recommend using this site if you want to sell your home by yourself I saved a lot of money by being able to set my own commission rate for a relator to bring me a buyer

First time selling without a realtor

This was probably the scariest thing I ve ever done With my husband sick and the realtor I had giving me an unrealistic estimate on my home I decided to try selling myself Homelister was so good for us They answered all my questions walked us through all the ins and outs of selling paperwork timing and even support when one person wrote things in a contract I definitely did not need to sign They looked out for us I m very grateful And I d do it all again
