Did not know how and when product will arrive Tracking did not help

I like the end result of the products but the waiting period and the logistics gave me extreme anxiety Currently I am going through a really tough time and I was at my lowest this year I received the items but it was too late

The actual experience of purchasing on NHS Website

The actual experience of purchasing on the website was 5-Star However I was very disappointed in the lapel pin itself I am 76 years old and all my life I have been heartbroken because I lost my original National Honor Society pin while walking through the woods on my family property when I was a teenager I have always thought about writing the Society to see if I could order a new one I thought what I ordered would be just like my lost one but it wasn t I guess it will have to do

I ordered the Grad Pack Deluxe Member

I ordered the Grad Pack Deluxe Member Pack and two of my items were missing in the box when I opened it after arrival my Keychain and Driver License Plate I would really appreciate and hope that my missing items can be replaced and given to me I m really sad and kinda upset about this
