A follow up review

I was initially upset because of no updates on the status of my order After waiting almost 7-8 weeks after giving a bad review I will say they came through the owner called me on a Sunday and assured me my order would ship that week and apologized it did ship with a free gaiter thrown in and a follow up call the week after I received it one of the gaiters I ordered was incorrect and they promptly shipped a correct one to me the next week The gaiters are nice and I like them much better than a mask and are more versatile Thanks Hook Nancy B

My husband works for an aerospace company in Boca Chica Tx and wanted some neck gaiters to hand to some of the guys on the crew I found Hook 360 and thought what a deal Their prices are great So how is the quality The guys out here in the south Texas heat have given them their seal of approval They are lightweight and breathable We ve got quite the collection of neck gaiters and these are our now the favorite I can even wear one on my smaller head without having to keep pulling it up over my nose Hook 360 has also had some of the best customer service I ve experienced with a company Thank you for being personable listening and caring I will be recommending and be a lifelong customer
