I ordered from spinabooth com on May 11th it is now May 26th and have not received a tracking number The website says my order has not shipped I contacted customer service on May 23rd and they told me my order shipped through DHL but their tracking system is down and to call back I ve been calling for 3 days and no direct answer When I call they place me on a very long hold and never return to the phone I may lose money I have an event in a week but no product This is rip-off PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Wireless don t work

I have been emailing and calling now
I have been emailing and calling now for 30 days The same customer service person answers only telling me he will send it to the technical team and they take 3-5 days to return an email In which they need a video to see the problem but still no solution I m literally almost at the verge of having to close my business down because of having to cancel contracting and not being able serve customers This is truly ridiculous if you can t guarantee the machine will work or even be able to fix customers problems in a timely manner please just shut down

I m not a happy customer at this point
I m not a happy customer at this point since I m not getting a response from my emails The wirelessly battery is not working and after sending numerous videos and emails I was told I would receive replacement and provided a tracking number This was on 3 11 and now I m not getting any response after asking for update My booth is less than a month old and I paid for wireless and unable to use I would appreciate someone contacting me

My 360 booth case was damaged when I received it They would not exchange it stating the warranty only did not cover the case I was offered a 100 gift card but considering I spent nearly 4000 what is that really The case was shipped strapped to a skid with no padding or cardboard or any protection whatsoever So I don t understand how the customer is meant to keep a brand new damaged case Other than that yes my 360 works But I am still very unhappy and disappointed

Sooo frustrated BEWARE
Sooo frustrated I purchased my spinabooth in August and used it for the first time in October It broke during the event Just stopped totally I called and they set me up with Techincal support Was advised I needed a new motor and they would ship out I have been waiting for over a month now I am so frustrated they will not answer my calls respond to my voicemails or emails Being ignored after spending almost 4000 is ridiculous I am losing money being that I have to cancel events that were already set up and refund their money back I have contacted a lawyer with assistance with this matter

They are taking customer money
I had an event on Dec 7 2022 Plug my booth into charge The power box started smoking and a pop noise happen It has not been working since I called emails called email No one wants to help I spend 3K for my business I should have check this site before I am going to fight to get my money back I brought my booth in Sept 2022 This is some BS I live here in GA where the company is base I still can t get any help
