G-Shock watch purchase
I bought the Casio AWG-M100A-1AER but when I received it last week I noticed that 1 The paper G-shock box had the code of another watch C-MGSA10-23 2 The metal G-Shock box had the code of another watch MP-MGSA5-23 3 The warrantee card had two stickers one on top of the other The older one had a date 17 1 24 while the one on top 22 4 2024 Most likely it was a returned or demo item but that was not indicated on the web page

It s my first time to buy from this
It s my first time to buy from this brand and definitely my last one I ordered a watch on 22 August and they said it should be delivered on 28th Now we are September 2nd and I didn t received it and even didn t shipped yet and no one is responding to the emails So I think i have been scammed order number 11165654

0 or 0 5 is not an option so 1 5 is my rating My experience with Horloge was horrible I ordered an Edox brown strap but received a completely different one not just the wrong color but an entirely incorrect model It took me around two weeks of back-and-forth emails and calls to explain the issue to them They offered me straps that were not in stock When I asked when they would be back in stock they said 2-3 weeks so I reserved one Five weeks later I followed up about my reservation and they informed me that the strap had been discontinued On my own I searched their website again and found another strap I was ready to order They said it was available and that they could proceed with the order However the next day I received an email saying my order was canceled because they couldn t ship it to my locker Almost eight weeks of wasted time wrong strap return shipment waiting reordering only to be told that they wouldn t proceed with my order Absolutely horrible
