Bought a 1000ml spray that would be delivered 2 days later But the day after i got a phonecall from a nice man who told me the big bottles are not available not knowing when they are in stock again Ik can get 2 500ml bottles but than i should pay extra money Sorry thats no customerservice to me Waiting for my money now

Well done anyway
Enquired for two matresses for my parents who bought a bed at Br ring 25 years ago Igor responded very quickly asked for specific details and came with an offer Because of urgency versus long delivery time an temporarely alternative was found elsewhere However when letting Igor know he was still kind and understanding Something that is not always a sure thing in my experience So not yet a sale but the service will not be forgotten

Excellent service and reasonable price
I m recently moving to Amsterdam from Shanghai and looking for good bed for a long term quality sleep Visited Broring for 3 times and tried to choose a tailor made bed by Suzanne s advice and patient explanation I have to admit that I changed minds for twice but Broring s experts always put my need in the first place and willing to fix the bed size and delivery date for me While Suzanne s holiday Igor also tried to help with finalization for the order I really appreciate the help a great range of selection of the beds in Broring and such friendly staff I feel like my 2nd home in the Netherlands Thank you

My friend and I bought a bed frame with mattress from Broring Susanna and Igor were exceptionally helpful and professional We visited the shop for multiple times to discuss the size and design along with the change of delivery dates They were very patient and gave us useful suggestions and great deal Highly recommend their service and products

Perfect service and advice
Really friendly staff always happy to help Igor showed us the beds and mattresses around the shop and explained in details the differences between them - really happy with his support Also we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the shop and diversity of products in it Definitely recommend to visit the store in case you are looking for beds mattresses etc
