Well where do I start I need to start by saying if you are thinking of selling your house I cannot recommend Housefox enough We had our house on with two other estate agents one of them for 5 months and the second one was for 2 months Neither of them managed to sell it We got in Housefox as a last ditch attempt for this year They sold our house in 9 days Their professionalism is second to none We first met Neil the owner who valued our house We wanted to discuss a few things and he did not rush us We then had the marketing manager James and a professional photographer come round to do the pictures and amazing video tour They were here for a long time making sure every aspect of our house was photographed beautifully Our house looked stunning on rightmove But I know that Housefox use different ways of advertising and go further afield with their advertising The write up was very detailed Im convinced that the stunning profesional pictures and video tour sold our house We had lots of interest within a week and viewings were booked in The first people who came bought it Our viewings were booked in for a Saturday and what I liked about Housefox is that we got feedback professionally in an email within 2 hours There is nothing worse than having viewings on a Saturday and you have to wait until Monday for feedback which happens with other estate agents After our viewings our house was locked up which believe it or not we have had back doors and even the front door left open All the lights were turned off which we were impressed with also as usually estate agents forget they have turned on lights Erin the lady who did the viewings came early to see the house before she showed the potential buyers around so she knew where everything was Whilst the negotiating was going on we were kept informed and got the price we wanted for our house which was nearly the asking price You can call their office as much as you like everyone is always happy to take the time to answer questions and your concerns Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team Each email sent out has everything explained very well One little thing I forgot to add is that we have 2 little dogs and everyone from Housefox who came for the marketing side of things were very friendly to them All these little touches go a long way I have other estate agents to compare Housefox to and believe me they go above and beyond anyone else I have dealt with We got a result we have been waiting for 5 months for with other agents in just over a week with Housefox If you are not sure which estate agent to go with use Housefox you will not be disappointed I can t thank you all enough for your top class efforts
