I have received an absolute outstanding professional quick response and very helpful information and guidance from HS Direct s Colleague Aleksandra She has gone above and beyond to help me in some difficult situations we have been in with regards to employees which have caused us many different problems The outcome of these matters have been death with very professional and very helpful legal advice I would recommend Aleksandra if you are in need of any HR support or guidance

The Royal Mail lost my parcel

The Royal Mail lost my parcel There was a valid Tracking Number but all it did was say it was delayed HS were informed of this problem HS Direct immediately sent another out It arrived promptly delivered by Royal Mail A week later the original parcel is still just as lost HD Direct will now be able to claim compensation Thank you for listening and responding thi is a trustworthy and reliable business

Initial contact with HS direct was hassle free The products they offer were explained in to great detail Rodney went above and beyond to ensure i was getting exactly what i asked for with no pushy sales tactics and even went the extra distance in a screen share on how to operate the platform Glad to be on board with such a helpful company
