Easy to use website and fast payment
We have been with BHSF for over 25 years from being a young couple to a family there are so many elements of benefits with them we would highly recommend and encourage our adult children to take out policies for themselves

Really good service and helpful staff

Great company to deal w
I spoke with Rebecca over the course of 2 days to sort my dental claim and she was really helpful She processed my claim kept me up to date with everything and confirmed it all by email She was very helpful and I felt confident that she would sort everything for me which she did I would recommend BHSF to anyone considering taking out a policy with them as all staff I ve had contact with are really nice and very helpful

Very efficient service
Very efficient service with everything dealt with supper speedy There were a few areas on the online claim where it didn t clarify what is required to be uploaded just needs aligned to the more detailed how to claim rules My misses were quickly clarified and resubmitted claim dealt with quickly Thanks

Quick and thorough to respond The process to make a claim is by choosing either on line or completing a written claim form which for myself not being confident on the computer is much easier
