I have ordered a suitcase for almost 3 weeks now and tried calling these people no body respond or return a call This is complete scam

Hello All I didn t see any of these reviews before I have ordered a 30 suitcase yes and of course it is a scam and my 29 99 is gone as everyone mentioned on their reviews the address is from NY and they are shipping from China they have shipped my item and went to Oklahoma I have send the email and 3 different people answered I am asking them the refund and if I get I will let you know Please do not use this Site

I bought a 29 99 suitcase just to see if it s the real deal The company said that it s from NY but after sending me tracking info it s apparently from China Plus item weight was 0 01kg whereas as standard suitcase should be around 6kg Guess that s enough proof of the site being bogus

I tried calling and it s not a valid phone number Tried emailing and finally after 2 days someone responded by to me Hopefully I get my items soonUpdate - it s a scam They send your package to Hayward CA and you never see your package You try emailing them and they take forever to email you back When you tell them that it shipped to the wrong address they tell you that it has been delivered by any chance that you haven t received it yet please check the post office regarding with your parcel And when you check with the post office they tell you that sender sent the package to themselves and there s on way for you to get it

This is the absolute worst on line shopping experience that I ever had If the deal is to good to be true it probably is NOT TRUE If I could rate a -Negative 10 star I would 29 99 for one large suitcase with a USB port I purchased 3 since 5 August 2022 After tracking my packages and a very long phone call with USPS they informed me that my suitcases weighed only 1 1 ounce each the weight of a small stack of papers were in route to a totally different state As of today 19 August 2022 I haven t even received anything not even paper Another thing Htura poses as a company based in New York in fact my suitcases were shipped from China I was expecting a maximum 5 day delivery Do not use this scamming company and go to Walmart or any other store to buy your products directly off the shelf

I m 100 sure this is a scam Never got my stuff and when I talk to customer service they respond as several different people I m currently in the process of trying to get my stuff or my money back

I was scammed as well I put address in which is in virginia and it got sent to Indiana I was able to get the charges reversed by bank it took them less than 15 minutes to investigate and confirm this as a fraud
