My Healing JourneyIn January 22 a chance meeting with a lady in a cafe directed me to Huda and The Sound School My first Sound Bath set me on my healing journey At that time I was in a very bad way and I had shut off from everybody After my first sound bath there was a difference in my mind set and my body and the trauma started to lift and it was like the lights had been turned back on for me I have attended regularly ever since I have tried many classes such as Yoga Reiki Share Chakra Dance and the amazing Body Heal classes which have enhanced my quality of life even further The sound school is a lovely nurturing environment and Huda is so kind and welcoming This place has completely changed and enriched my life

Just returned from Eco Forest Retreat with The Sound School in Tintern Chepstow Huda worked so hard to ensure everyone had the best time Having a sounbath in the forest at 8am was the most wonderful experience I will never forget A weekend of soundbaths and forest bathing has unexpectedly provided me some relief from a leg injury I ve been struggling with for months when nothing else has worked I could not recommend The Sound School more Thank you Huda
