Didn t work having looked at the video

Didn t work having looked at the video and followed the instructions dirt was still left on the car If I had just used water on the car I would have the same results Update had a go this weekend using a pressure washer and the results were much better I did half the car with pre wash and snow washed off with pressure washer dirt was left on the one with no pre wash but the other side clean and ready for a hand wash Great end result So to get the best results you need a pressure washer Hope this helps Now just deciding if it s worth the money but if you take into account how much it costs to take it to a car wash I would say it is

Paid 50 for Substandard product

Paid 50 pounds for a bundle of2x hydro bottles1x pre1x snow foam1x towelI recieved no towel and the 2 hydro bottles recieved were sub standard plastic tipped bottles not the ones shown in the images or on their videos To add insult to injury the seals on these bottles are poor and one tip on the bottles immediately snappedPoor quality and misleading information

Foam bottles are poor and no customer service or refund

Purchased the foam bottles and products back in November Foam bottles were terrible one didn t function pump the other did but with a splatted finish when using foam and leaked over your hand They sent two new ones one worked once then stopped pumping again Hydro acknowledged I could return everything for a full refund but despite receiving the package on 19 12 24 won t provide the refund and don t answer any emails Make your own mind up but I would not recommend to others

Sorry but my issues seem to mirror others on heresince placing the order on monday so only a couple of days ago but already very anxious and wish i had checked them out on here so far up to seven emails from them all pushy pushy no emails to actually do with a delivery dateyou have to download shop app to track delivery why shop app is totally rubbish other orders from other businesses still show as pending when i have had the goodshere is a thought why dont you concentrate on getting the orders out that you have and keeping your existing customers who may well buy again happy and sort out a better way to inform and track orders rather than spamming emails and social media

Avoid like the plague This product is mediocre at best and they are actively removing any honest or negative feedback from their social media pages They deleted my comments then totally blocked me from seeing their content or commmenting which tells you all you need to know

Awful service order wrong 5 days to dispatch

What a joke Took 5 days to send order that should ve been sent same day tried to cancel but already sent out strange as Royal Mail didn t get it for 5 hours after that Arrives as I have no choice Packaging not up to job something has leaked couldn t even get the order correct Missing one item and they substitute another Disgusting service real shame as previous order was ok actual product was brilliant but can t put up with service like this

Avoid like the plague

My initial order from Hydro came damaged and was leaking everywhere it took 3 weeks of chasing them for me to receive a replacement order When I received the replacement I found that the spray bottle is completely useless and merely dribbled out and I ended up decanting the product into a bucket I emailed Hydro about this a month ago and the issue has been going on ever since Despite explaining the situation to the customer services rep I was told that I could return the product provided it was hardly used As the product has been decanted this is impossible The customer service is abysmal not to mention extremely unhelpful When providing the details requested I haven t received a response despite chasing for over a month Do not waste your time ordering

This company promises the earth and delivers nothing Placed order on 24hour delivery promise Received nothing A web chat that says we answer immediately that s a lie You email them and get no response But are bombarded with sales emails promising service and discounts I ordered via PayPal so have left them to deal with it My opinion based on my experience is to not trust them

X2 Hydro V2 spray bottles faulty

I ordered a Hydro V2 spray bottle of which I was promised great performance On the first use the trigger seized open and wasted 2 litres of product Hydro then sent me out another which was exactly the same It wasn t easy to obtain a refund from Hydro either so I will avoid them in the future

Missing order

Ordered 5lts pre-wash only to find out they used the wrong address they say it s my responsibility Post office send me a picture of some else driveway They spent over a week trying to speak to someone forget that no phone number for a reason Customer care doesn t exist and just not interested So be careful when placing an order I will not be using them again Very frustrated customer Wish I had checked out there reviews 1st before placing an order
