hydro just had chance to use the spray bottle

Just had chance to use the spray bottle and form today most admit it did clean the vehicle very well only thing spray bottle pumping all the time and if you do not get the mix right it does not spray properly

Love this product bought 2 spray bottles 2 pre wash 2 snow foam also drying towel absolutely amazing The packaging isn t great both boxes delivered was crushed but all contents were intact thankfully Will be back for more

i ordered a pack of a couple of spray bottles and snow foam and cleaner i hadnt had a chance to use it till recently one bottle was fine the other wouldnt pressurize properly I contacted Hydro and without question they sent a replacement to me Cant say fairer than that Its all about customer service

It s quite expensive to buy the liquids

It s quite expensive to buy the liquids and will need frequent restocking However they are of a premium quality and work as described So essentially you get what you pay for My only little gripe is that the expected delivery is always longer than promised but that s probably down to the volume of orders you receive as it s good stuff

Impressed with the customer service

Bought the two bottles with the pre wash and snowfoam several weeks ago Opened it up when it arrived and made plans to give the car a good going over Like most things you plan the wife has different jobs So finally got to use the hydro stuff today Loaded the per wash into the bottle I d already opened and gave the car a good covering and waited several minutes Gave it a good blast and repeat with the snow foam then again a good blast from the jet wash I did have a small problem with one pump but after contacting HydroUk this was resolved very quickly So good customer service and backup

Don t like shampoo smell

Bought bundle but regret it as shampoo smells like sweet vape smell Wanted to like it but won t buy again UPDATE thanks for your response Hydro Team smell is a very personal thing and I will change my rating from 3 stars to 4 starts because of your customer service

HYDRO cleaning product

HYDRO is a quick and efficient for cleaning your car pre wash and car cleaning so no problems there Web site ordering can be painful as most of the products are coming up as sold out and that s a painful some time but being it s a new on the market I can also understand just need to keep a bigger stock Overall is very good and easy to use

Good value for money product with one big flaw

I bought the foam sprayer bottle I ve used it only once so far but have been pretty impressed by the foam density My main issue with the product is the lock mechanism that seems to get activated by mistake almost every time you press the main button to release the foam liquid from the bottle

Spray bottle now works better

Purchased hydro bottle new model after a bit of communication with customer service they replaced bottle after several leaks while using it New bottle now and what a difference this bottle is of better quality and does what it says on the box I ve decided to change my first review to suit the new bottle From 1 star to 4 stars to reflect the problems I had at first now I feel money well spent

Simple to use

HydroUk V2 is simple enough to use and takes the faff out of fiddling around with your jet washer It s well built and the products cover well although you do need to re-energize the hand pump frequently to cover the whole car A bit of practice is required to gauge how much product is required to get an even coating and I reckon if you clean your car frequently you ll use the snow foam in particular quite quickly Use the prewash with the snow foam and it does lift dirt successfully although the car wasn t as dirty as it can be Finishing off with the shampoo was easy enough and after hosing down and wiping off the car looked a lot better Only issue I had was that the prewash leaked in transit and the packing material and box was soaked Overall it s well built and does the job
