Absolutely shocking one spray bottle doesn t pressurise and the other loses pressure way too quick The customer service team are diabolical you email them send them everything they request in an email chain and each time they just come back with please can you send the order number It s in the emails read them Then to top it off they send you a video of how to set them up This isn t going to help if the bottles don t hold pressure You have had all the video s and all the information required either replace them or refund them simple I wouldn t mind but one has been used once and the other won t even work

Think the advertising standards need to look at your demo video both the bottles I got leak through the top and you dose filler also they don t hold pressure absolute load of rubbish and the chemicals are not much better it says 6 - 1 mix recommended I did 1 - 1 in the end and still got very poor results

It seems that Hydro s customer services are able to respond to my review below requesting my order number but have been ignoring my emails for 3 weeks I provided my order number on the 2nd January and have chased twice a week since Sub-standard products and completely useless spray bottle I m having to go through my payment provider for a refund I also keep commenting on their social media posts with my experience and evidence only for them to remove them

Bundle was missing items contacted customer services and keep getting template responses No way to contact them other than via email Still missing the items and no sight of resolution

If I could rate this no stars then I would I have been trying to contact Hydro for a replacement due to the initial bottle being broken They replied and said they would send a replacement which hasn t arrived and when I contact customer service Jane all they keep doing if asking for my order number over and over again and won t respond to my query chasing the replacement This company has taken my money fraudulently

I bought an intro pack Pre Snow two spray bottle I bought it primarily to clean motorbikes and have had the product for about a month I am completely unimpressed with all elements of the product The Pre and Snow liquids work no better than other products and on every occasion I have had to manually clean the bike after using them you are better off using standard shampoo a cloth brush and some elbow grease The bottles are absolute garbage in the video the presenter sweeps the bottle along the length of the car and gets a consistent spray What is now apparent having used the bottles is that the video jumps to a new frame after each spray clearly so that they can re-pressurise the bottle When I use them the bottles do not hold pressure for any length of time and when applying the products I have had to hold the bottle in one hand whilst constantly pumping the priming pump to keep the bottle spraying This is particularly bad when trying to apply the Snow which very quickly stops spraying and becomes a disappointing spurt I don t even get one complete pass down one side of a motorbike My advice is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this product - go to Halfords and buy yourself a new bucket sponge brush and a good quality shampoo

Shocking service Two weeks now I ve been waiting for delivery I ve sent emails now cancelling as I ve ordered elsewhere with better service Take days to get back to you and you can t call them Wish I d looked on her before ordering I see I m not the only one I ve found the same spray bottles on Temu for a fraction of the price and no doubt would get here quicker from China Don t waste your time or money

Extremely disappointed I bought a V1 Bundle notice there are no V1 videos on the site anymore and both bottles hold pressure for a very short time No way do they last the whole side of the vehicle they leak from the top there are no instructions explaining the different nozzles BUT this biggest issue is the COMPLETE failure of the chemicals to lift and pull down the dirt as advertised I drive down farm tracks to work and I wanted a quick and easy clean when I got home Spray on dwell joke and watch the dirt come away NOW they tell me a contact wash is required after the pre wash and snow foam so given they do nothing what is the point 56 99 wasted stick to Autoglym and a sponge

I ordered a Hydrouk starter kit including 2 V1 bottles pre clean and snow foam The service was fine the items were dispatched within a week and arrived safely The V1 bottles don t hold pressure and leak solution from the seal between the bottle and the top but the biggest disappointment is the solution I ran 2 passes over my car and you couldn t tell The pre wash and snow foam lifted very little of the dirt away from the car the videos on FB are very misleading and it s feel like I ve wasted 60 Won t be buying again sorry

Just used the hydro bottle what a pain it was very disappointed pressure doesn t hold for a long while managed to cover just only two doors before I had to pump again it s a hassle have to keep pumping and pumping and pumping thought this product would be easy but it s not Not impressed wouldn t recommend to my mates family etc fed up customer Derby
